All measurements are of the garment, and are not body measurements.We suggest, you pull our your favorite fitting item that is similar to the one you are looking at, and measure it flat on a table. While some Merino Wool items can be tumble dried on a low setting, air drying is generally safer to prevent potential damage from heat or friction in the dryer. Have an issue with your items? We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied for any reason, within 1 year of purchase, see warranty instructions below so we can send you a replacement! Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear (and sadly, yes sometimes even by care) and does not qualify for a replacement.  

Warranty issues also includes items that arrive damaged or mislabeled. These will qualify for a free and quick exchange or refund.
